Shipping policy
The following conditions apply:
Delivery
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg.
Shipping Costs (including VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
- Shipping costs: €5.90
- Free shipping for orders over €85.00.
- For deliveries to German islands, a surcharge of €4.90 will be added to the shipping costs.
Deliveries abroad:
We charge a flat rate for shipping abroad as follows:
- Shipping costs: €13.90
- For deliveries to foreign islands, a surcharge of €9.90 will be added to the shipping costs.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 1-3 days, and international deliveries within 2-4 days after the conclusion of the contract (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
